CSA offers conferences for corporate impartation, activation and participation. Attendees are able to express within community, for the purpose of glorifying God while learning various aspects of creative foundations important to every artist. Other special events include master classes and the jam.

TRANSFORMING ARTS / MASTER CLASS

Covenant School of the Arts hosts exemplary artists who present master
classes in a small group setting. These special classes give students an
opportunity to learn from and interact with specialists in all areas of
the arts. In these intimate sessions, you will gain insight, inspiration
and impartation from those who have pursued their artistic call with excellence.
Leonard Jones served for over 20 years as the head of the worship department
for MorningStar Ministries in Fort Mill, South Carolina, and recently launched
his own new ministry organization. He is a multi-instrumentalist, trained
in classical music and jazz, and has released multiple albums. Leonard spends
most of his time leading worship, writing music, producing CDs and training
up-and-coming worship leaders.

This session is in conjunction with our ongoing Thursday night class for Fall 2010:
The Spiritual Artist: Rites and Rituals
Rite: an established form of religious or otherwise solemn practice
Ritual: a prescribed form for carrying out the ceremonies associated with
such a practice
You will learn the established biblical foundations of creativity, art and worship and why we pursue this solemn practice. You will also gain new insight into practical strategies to help you carry out your solemn practice with daily excellence.

Breakout Tracks: Students may attend Breakout Tracks in up to three different artistic disciplines, if desired, or attend three in one discipline. Each track will be different, so if you attend three tracks for one discipline, you will get new teaching during each track during the day.

*$25 Saturday conference fee can be credited to student account for CSA classes or private lessons.
