Amey Celoria - Vocals
Amey Celoria has been singing since a young age-growing up in a musical family, the daughter of a minister of music. Participation in gospel music and piano throughout childhood gave Amey a solid foundation in harmonies and music theory. She began singing in ensembles in high school and leading worship in her early twenties. She has worked as a studio vocalist and since 2001, has a focus on spontaneous worship vocals.
Amey teaches vocalists basic chord theory and how it applies to vocal performance. Her students learn how to read chord charts as a vocalist, adding greater depth to their creativity in spontaneous worship. She also teaches lyric writing and development, and how to express the messages of Holy Spirit lyrically during spontaneous worship as well as in traditional songwriting.
